Returns and warranty replacement request
Please contact our customer service department at support@mivara.com for "RMA service" to receive an RMA (Return Merchant Authorization) number.
What you'll need:
• Order number
Billing First and Last name Shipping address
• Phone number
• Product to be returned
Description of the issue you are experiencing with your device
• Proof of purchase - you will attach a copy or image of your proof of purchase or order number.

Note: Warranty is valid for a year, from the day your device has arrived. Assigned RMA numbers are only valid for 10 business days. Any items lost in transit without a tracking number, or due to improper packaging, is not the responsibility of MIVARA and will not be covered by returns and warranty replacement policy.
